Request server account deletion
In the Android app or account website, open More/Settings → Delete Account, type DELETE and submit. Alternatively email mytaranagar@gmail.com from your registered Google email with the subject Dukandar account deletion. Include your account name; never send passwords, payment credentials or verification codes. Processing period: 14 Days. Server backup retention: 7 Days.
What Supreme can delete
The operator removes the server account's identifying details, sessions and linked subscription tokens after handling applicable retention obligations. Minimal audit records may remain. Supreme cannot access your stock, invoices, clients or Drive backups.
What remains under your control
Stock is stored on your Android device. Uninstalling or clearing application storage removes that local copy. Separately remove exported files and Google Drive application data if you want those copies deleted. Retained Google Drive backups can be restored after signing in or recreating an account with the same Google account. The service does not silently delete these backups when the server account is deleted.
Cancel your Google Play subscription separately to stop renewal. Deleting the app, server account or Drive backups does not itself cancel renewal. Contact mytaranagar@gmail.com if you need assistance with account verification or the supreme account.
