Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans are billed and renewed by Google Play. The price, billing period and renewal terms are shown before purchase. You can cancel renewal at any time from Google Play Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally keeps paid access until the end of the current billing period. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Dukandar account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Refund requests
Within 48 hours of purchase, you may request a refund through Google Play. Eligibility is decided under Google Play rules and applicable law. After 48 hours, contact mytaranagar@gmail.com with your Google Play order ID, purchase date, registered email and a short reason. Never send card, bank, password or OTP details. We may issue a full or partial refund through Google Play where appropriate. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Effect of a refund
A refund does not always cancel a subscription. Refund and revoke ends the subscription benefit immediately and stops future renewal; refund only may leave it active. The result shown by Google Play controls access. Existing device records and Google Drive restore points are not deleted by cancellation or refund.
Approved refunds return through the original Google Play payment method; processing time is controlled by Google and the payment provider. Contact mytaranagar@gmail.com for billing support.
