Accounts and stock management
Use accurate account information and protect your Google account and device. The Android app manages inventory, parties, purchases, sales, invoices and business details on your device. The website manages accounts, policies and subscriptions only. You retain responsibility for record accuracy, tax treatment, lawful use and permissions. This software is not professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
Backup subscriptions
Google Play shows subscription prices, periods, offers and renewal terms at checkout. Unless stated otherwise by Google Play, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Your plan controls daily, weekly, monthly or no new Drive backups. Local stock features and existing-backup restore remain available without a paid backup plan. The server verifies entitlement before a new Drive backup; unverified or expired purchases cannot unlock backup scheduling.
Manage or cancel renewal through Google Play. Refunds follow Google's applicable rules and statutory rights. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel renewal. The operator manages plan availability and backup frequency in the Supreme panel; Google Play controls checkout pricing and billing periods.
Device and backup responsibility
The operator does not receive or maintain your stock database. Keep and verify backups before uninstalling, clearing device data or changing devices. Android battery restrictions, force-stop, loss of connectivity, revoked Drive permission, expired account sessions, Drive capacity and service outages can delay or prevent backups. A restore replaces the current device workspace after confirmation. Different devices do not merge stock automatically. Retained backups use your Google account and the application's Google Cloud project association.
Availability and conduct
Do not misuse account APIs, bypass authorization or interfere with others. Supreme can manage server accounts and suspend account/cloud features; it cannot remotely inspect or erase device stock. Google Play may offer app updates; downloaded updates require restart to install. Save changes first. Availability is subject to maintenance, connectivity and third-party services.
Closing an account
Use More → Delete Account or the account deletion page. Device files and Drive backups are under your control and are not deleted by Supreme. Cancel any renewal separately. Contact mytaranagar@gmail.com regarding support, disputes and account handling. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected. The operator must review these terms and any jurisdiction-specific provisions before publication.
