Account and subscription information
The account server processes your Google identifier, verified email and name, or supreme login credentials, account status, plan, Google Play purchase verification records, login attempts and administrative audit records. Google Play handles payment information; we do not collect card or bank credentials in the app.
Your stock and business records
Items, stock movements, invoices, clients, suppliers, brands, units, business details and selected item images are stored in the Android application's private device storage. They are not uploaded to the account server. The web portal and Supreme panel do not provide access to these records. Local stock remains usable offline after sign-in.
Google Drive backup
When you authorize it, the Android app communicates directly with Google Drive using the app-data scope. Backup contents and Drive access tokens are not sent to our account server. Your plan determines whether backups are daily, weekly, monthly or never. Android and network restrictions can delay execution. Restore is available independently of paid backup entitlement. Backups are separate restore points, not automatic merging between devices.
Google account authorization and Google Drive storage are subject to Google's policies. Use the same Google account to restore. The app verifies the account association before restoring. Backups contain business records and are private to your Google account's application data area; exported local files are controlled by you. Backup files are not additionally password-encrypted by this app.
Security and access
Account requests use HTTPS. Android's application sandbox protects local files; Android system auto-backup is disabled. Account sessions are remembered on the device and server tokens expire after 90 days or logout/revocation. Google handles Drive authorization credentials on the device. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and Google account.
Retention and deletion
Server account deletion processing: 14 Days. Server backup retention: 7 Days. Required audit or legally retained records must be described by the operator. Supreme can delete server account/subscription records but cannot read or delete device stock or Drive backups. Removing the Android app or clearing its storage removes its local workspace. You control deletion of exported files and Google Drive app data. Retained Drive backups may be restored after recreating a Dukandar account with the same Google account.
Account deletion does not cancel Google Play renewal automatically. Cancel renewal separately. Contact mytaranagar@gmail.com for account access, correction, deletion or privacy requests. You are responsible for permission to store client and supplier information. This business-management service is intended for adults. The operator will update this policy when processing practices change.
